\System32\Config\SystemProfile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\IE\ folder includes Temporary Internet files. The situation could have raised due to multiple browser instances initated at a time as the mentioned folder stores all IE cache and temporary internet files.
First Method: In Internet Options click the Advanced tab, and scroll down the settings. In the Security category check the box for Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed.
